Comparison of the CDFs of sin i obtained from the observed v sin i, P_rot, and estimated R_star values. For better visibility, the CDFs are shifted vertically by 0.5 with respect to those of the planetary hosts (TEPs). The three gray lines correspond to the three sets of Galactic field stars given in Table 1. Similarly, the two blue lines are related to the exoplanet host stars. The CDF for Praesepe is shown twice for easier comparison with the CDFs corresponding to the different datasets.
